Senior Kappa Affairs Committee

Brother Ron Richards is our Senior Kappa Affairs Committee Chairman. The committee shall carry out the mandates of IHQ and SWP, regarding those AGP members who meet criteria which identify them as a Senior Kappa or a 50 Year Kappa. This committee shall develop, coordinate, and execute programs and initiatives which honor chapter members who meet the established criteria. The expenses of this Committee will be included in the Chapter Budget and approved by the Board.

Sr. Kappa Men Contributions

- AGP and Fort Worth Kappa Brothers donated, more than, $400.00 to feed forty (40) hungry children at the Webster Elementary School in Dallas, TX (Brother Don Carter Mentors these Children & the school cafeteria is being renovated

- Brother Richards and Brother Pierce present a Black History Seminar to our Kappa Leaguers

- Brothers share why and how a military service experience prepares them for the future as well as making military services as a career.  

- Brother Pierce prepared ten (10) Brothers and three (3) Silhouettes to become certified voter registration representatives

- Supports Voter Registration

- Participated in the fall “Kappa League” adopt a street clean-up

- All AGP Brothers supported the Beautillion w/setting-up/tearing down and the event.

- Special fund raiser events at the AT&T stadium for Kappa League Program

- Supports the Clothing and Food Drives

- Host a “Health to Life” seminar

- AGP Senior Kappa Breakfast where we mentor and share life experiences with our younger Brothers

- AGP Bike Ride Team participates in community services and the Grand Prairie Mayor’s ‘Get Fit’ program.  

- Applied for the Senior Kappa Affairs Endowment Fund (SKAEF) Grant Program 2022
